I’ve been part of the Home On The Web workshop, and it has been great. I think my favorite take-away at this time is to go into any activity involving technology with the expectation that something WILL go wrong, and notifying people of that expectation. Then when things go right, we have exceeded expectations. And when things go wrong (as expected) it is an opportunity to demonstrate how to handle technology failures and it becomes a learning opportunity.
